基于比例系数改进的单神经元PID控制及仿真研究

摘    要:考虑到单神经元PID控制中比例系数影响较大,结合炼油装置塔顶冷凝系统pH值反馈大滞后的特点,在常规单神经元PID控制的基础上,对其比例系数做了小小的改动,使其是误差及其一次差分的一次函数。用Matlab的S函数实现单神经元PID控制算法,再在Simulink模块中对改进后和常规的控制算法分别进行模拟仿真比较,通过仿真结果得出,改进后的控制算法大大提高了大滞后控制系统的快速性和控制精度,也为过程工业中一些大滞后控制系统提供了很好的解决办法。

Abstract:Considering the great aspects of the proportional coefficient in the single neuron PID control and long delayed feedback of pH value of the condensation system in the refinery overhead, a small improvement for the traditional single neuron PID control was made, which making it a linear function of the error and its first difference. The paper realized PID control arithmetic with the S function of MATLAB software and then the Simulink module was used to simulated and com- pare between improved control arithmetic and normal control arithmetic. From the result of simulations, we concluded that the rapidity and control precision of the improved one are better than that of the traditional one,so it also provides a good so- lution to the long delayed control system in the process industry.
