| 摘 要： | 整装勘查区是地质找矿的重点潜力区,但已有矿业权布局不合理问题影响找矿工作部署和实施。本文在研究矿业权布局内涵及其影响因素的基础上,提出了矿业权整合潜力分析原则和方法,对我国首批47片国家级整装勘查区矿业权布局合理性进行了系统分析,认为整装勘查区内存在一定程度的矿业权布局不合理问题,区分并针对不同情形,提出了分类推进整装勘查区矿业权整合的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Equipped exploration district is a considerable area for geological prospecting, but there are many unreasonable layouts for mineral rights which interfere with prospecting. This article is based on the research of mineral rights layouts mechanism and the influence, creating the method of potential mineral rights integration, giving a systematic analysis of the layouts for the first batch of 47 nationally designated equipped exploration districts, and distinguishing between different situations, providing policy suggestions for classification of propulsion mineral rights integration in equipped exploration district. |
