摘    要:采用Grignard反应一步法合成了二环己基二甲氧基硅烷.14 g镁屑、11g氯代环己烷和30 g THF投入反应瓶,在回流状况下滴加由36.4 g四甲氧基硅烷、44 g氯代环己烷和120 g石油醚90~120组成的混合溶液;回流4h后冷却,过滤;母液精馏得产物55 g,收率86.9%(以四甲氧基硅烷计),质量分数≥9...

Abstract:Dicyclohexyldimethoxysilane was synthesized by one step Grignard reaction method.Firstly,14 g magnesium,11 g chlorocyclohexane and 30 g THF were added into the flask.Then 36.4 g tetramethoxysilane,44 g chlorocyclohexane and 120 g petroleum ether 90~120 were added to the system in the case of reflux.After 4 h,55 g dicyclohexyldimethoxysilane was obtained by separation and rectification.The yield was 86.9%,the purity was 99%.
