摘    要:采用失重法、电化学测试、SEM及XRD分析等方法研究了X80管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中,X80管线钢发生了严重的腐蚀;随着腐蚀时间的延长(腐蚀90 d),X80管线钢的平均腐蚀速率有所下降,而瞬时腐蚀速率先减小后增大,腐蚀趋势逐渐增加;腐蚀产物主要由FeOOH(表层)和Fe3O4(内层)组成.

Abstract:The corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel was investigated in simulated solution of Ku'erle soil using weight loss method,electrochemical measurement,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and x-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the serious corrosion occurred on the surface of X80 steel in simulated solution of ku'erle soil.With the extension of corrosion time,the average corrosion rate decreased a little,the instantaneous corrosion rate first decreased and then increased,and corrosion tendency incre...
