济钢含钛物料包芯线定向护炉技术开发与应用

摘    要:为了强化3号350m3高炉炉缸的修复、解决炉缸易堆积问题,进一步改善技术经济指标,通过开发联接装置、优化喂线参数、合理选择含钛物料及调整高炉热制度等措施,开发了含钛物料包芯线定向护炉技术。应用表明:该技术简单易行,操作方便,安全可靠,冷却壁热负荷减少8%~10%。炉役后期采用此技术护炉,可增产节焦。

Abstract:In order to intensify the restoration of the No.3 350m^3 BF hearth, to resolve the hearth accumulation and to improve the technieal and economic indices, the orientation furnace maintenance technique with titanium-containing materiel cored wire is developed hy developing coupling device, optimizing feeding wire parameters, selecting titanium-containing materiel reasonably and adjusting the BF thermal system ere, Application shows that this technique is simple, safe and reliable, the thermal load of the cooling stave is reduced by 8% - 10%. Using this technique at the last stage campaign earl increase production and save coke.
