摘    要:绕丝超高压容器是一种可用于超高压生物处理、技术先进和经济合理的超高压容器,因超高压生物处理过程多为间歇操作,因此容器需要经常打开和关闭,容器经受的载荷循环次数较多,需要进行疲劳设计。本文提出了基于疲劳寿命分析的设计方法、内筒材料及钢丝材料的强度,以及内筒径比应根据缠绕方式及内筒承压条件确定,以减少绕丝超高压容器设计中选材及尺寸确定的盲目性,使设计更具有科学性和经济性。

Abstract:Wirewound superhigh pressure vessel is an advance and economical type of superhigh pressure vessel used for biological processing equipment. Usually, superhigh biological treatment is a batch process. So the equipment is often turned on and turned off in operation and the number of load cycles is large, it must be designed by fatigue analysis. In this paper, a design method based on fatigue analysis is put forward . The material and the diameter ratio should be selected on inner pressure and wind type. It can avoid the blindness of the material selection and size design and obtaining a scientific and economic design.
