摘    要:结合某公司的塑料燃油箱生产线进行爆破测试系统的研究与开发,将所开发的爆破测试系统用于检验燃油箱承受交变压力的耐久性。该测试系统以西门子S7-200 PLC为核心部件,配合高压气源、水箱、流量计、比例阀、压力传感器等组成部件,通过触摸屏设定不同测试参数,可检验不同型号燃油箱的各项性能指标。油箱爆破试验机可实现多模式爆破试验,即标准压力、爆破压力、梯形压力和阶梯压力测试。该爆破测试系统模拟燃油箱在使用时的多数工况进行检测,便于对油箱设计与制造缺陷进行改进。

Design and Application of Automobile Plastic Fuel Tank Blasting Tester
Abstract:The research and development of a blasting test system are carried out to test the durability of the fuel tank under alternating pressure, which is used for a plastic fuel tank production line. The system was taken of Siemens S7-200 Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) as the core component, cooperating with high-pressure gas source, water tank, flowmeter, proportional valve, pressure sensor and other components. Various performance indexes of different types of fuel tank could be tested, as setting different test parameters through touch screen. The tank blasting tester could be realized of multi-mode blasting tests, for example standard pressure test, blasting pressure test, trapezoidal pressure test and stepped pressure test. The blasting test system can carry out detection for various working conditions of the fuel tank, which is convenient to improve the design and manufacturing of the fuel tank.
