摘    要:针对某品牌特氟龙软管在使用过程中发生多起漏油故障,从服役环境、材质和制造质量进行分析,检查发现,失效软管内衬成分为聚四氟乙烯,内管内表面存在加工沟痕。选择同批次软管进行试验,结果表明:内表面加工沟痕形成结构上的薄弱位置,受内压或外载作用出现开裂贯穿,导致软管漏油失效;复杂的服役环境加速了这一故障过程的发生。

Abstract:In order to solve the leakage fault occurred on a certain brand of Teflon hose, the service environment, material and manufacturing quality were analyzed. Inspection found that the internal surface of the hose lining had processing groove mark. Selecting the same batch of hose for testing, the experimental results show that the groove marks on the inner surface form the weak position of the structure, cracks occur under internal pressure and external load, leading to leakage of hose. This fault process is accelerated by complicated environment.
