A re-evaluation of the slide flocculation test for the diagnosis of schistosomiasis with adult worms as antigen

A large tumor of the right atrium was found to be only the precimal end of a bland thrombus of the inferior vena cava. Of special interest were certain echocardiographic findings, including persistent delay in closure of the tricuspid valve after successful removal of the thrombus.
