摘    要:脉冲直流等离子渗氮处理已成为金属材料表面强化的重要方法。介绍了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢、38CrMoAl渗氮钢、Cr12MoV模具钢等几种常用材料的脉冲直流等离子渗氮处理的工艺特点和性能变化,并对等离子渗扩处理进行了展望。

Abstract:DC-pulsed plasma nitriding has been developed into an important technique for strengthening metallic materials. The techniques of DC-pulsed plasma nitriding for 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel,38CrMoAl steel and Cr12MoV steel were presented. The influence of technical parameters on performances and surface structures of these metals was also discussed. Besides, the further research on the plasma nitriding was suggested.
