摘    要:
对绕线打把机的自动控制系统进行了设计.阐述了步进电机的工作原理、特点、控制方法,给出了自动绕线打靶机控制系统的设计过程,以及各步进电动机驱动控制的实现方法.

Abstract:
This article introduced the design of the control system for an winding machine,which is a new patent equipment.The paper firstly elaborated the working principle,the characteristics and the control method of the step-by-steps motor,then gave the design process of the control system based on PLC,and put emphasis on the drive control of the step-by-steps motors used in the control system.In the end,it gave the control flowchart.
