| 摘 要： | 采用自制聚砜超滤膜,在平板膜超滤池进行了分散染料水熔液的超滤膜分离研究。分析了压力差、膜面流速、料液浓度对膜分离的影响;探讨了高温、酸、碱介质条件下膜的稳定性;并对印染厂分散深兰染料工业废水进行了分离。

| Abstract: | The polysulphone ultraftitration memberane made by the authors is used to study the separation of dispersing dye solution by means of ultrafiltration memberane in plate memberane ultrafiltrafion trough. The authors analysed the efects of pressure difference, flow velocity on membcrane surface, and solution concentration and studied the memberane stability under the condition of high temperature and different pH value. This technique can be used to separate the industrial waste water containing dispersing dye which is dischanged from textile dyeing mills. |
