摘    要:介绍了钨矿安全信息化系统中钨矿山设备监测监控、人员定位、通信联络、环境气体、通风监测、地压监测等子系统架构及组成,基于物联网技术,通过采集其声、光、电、热、化学、力学、生物、位置等信息,实现物与物、人与物的识别、管理和控制,采用工业以太网技术、计算机网络技术和光纤通信,提供标准化接口,整合各个子系统的现场总线,建成井下环网与井上坑口调度局域网、钨矿山本部局域网、集团局域网及上级集团局域网的广域网,形成一个钨矿山信息化系统的综合传输管理平台,为各层级管理人员提供生产过程、预警及灾害处理的可视化实时平台。

Abstract:This paper studies the structure and composition of the subsystems for the underground safety information system, including equipment monitoring, personnel positioning, communications and liaison, ambient gas, ventilation monitoring and ground pressure monitoring. Identification, management and control between things and things, human and things are realized by collecting their sound, light, electricity, heat, chemical, mechanical, biological, location information. Through Industrial Ethernet technology, computer networking and fiber optic communications, Inoue pit and underground ring LAN scheduling, tungsten mine headquarters LAN, LAN and WAN of mother cooperation are constructed by integrating various subsystems fieldbuses and providing standard input. Thus, an integrated transport and management platform for the tungsten mine's information systems is constructed. It can be used as a real-time visualization platform for Production process, early warning and disaster management.
