尾矿库生态环境模糊综合评判应急响应体系及治理初探

摘    要:尾矿库是矿产资源开发利用过程中所产生的一类当时情景条件下无法直接开发利用的资源的堆存地点。随着我国尾矿库内尾矿数量的快速增长,尾矿库对周边生态环境的影响日趋加大。本文初步构建了尾矿库生态环境模糊综合评判应急响应体系以及对尾矿库综合治理提出有针对性的建议措施。

Abstract:Tailings reservoir isa stacked pointfor a class of resources which are generatedin the processof mineral resources development and utilizationthat cannot be exploiteddirectly under the situation.With therapidgrowthin the amount of tailings in tailings reservoir,the impact of tailings reservoir on the surrounding ecological environment is becoming increasing. This article initially constructed the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of ecological environment and emergency response system for tailings reservoir,and then proposedtargeted measuresfor the comprehensive management of tailings reservoir.
