| 摘 要： | 阐述了我公司自行研制开发的回转类零件NC加工智能编程系统，该系统是基于Esprit-X11数据应用软件，利用其二次开发语言Language Programming研究开发的智能化编程系统，主要应用于汽轮机关键零件－－整体转子的NC加工的程序编制。该系统运用CAD／NC全集成的系统原理，在CAD模型接口、CAD几何信息的择取、NC模型转换、NC工艺规范、中间数据转换、NC指令生成以及仿真加工等方面进行了研究和开发。

| Abstract: | The paper recites intelligent NC machining programme software which is work over by ourselves, this software is based on NC Application package\|Esprit\|11, using second empolder language. This software is used to create NC machining instruction for steam turbine key part\|the whole rotor.This system is utilized CAD/CAM integration theory, study on jointing with CAD model?choosing geometry information from CAD figure?NC model transformation?NC technics criterion?middle data transformation?creating NC instruction?imitating machining process, and so on. |
