| 摘 要： | 多媒体应用的发展促使了Intserv和Diffserv技术的产生，Intserv和Diffsev可以根据不同的数据类型及用户的要求提供不同质量的服务，因此实现基于服务质量的计费管理成ISP的迫切需要。本文介绍了通常的网络计费方式，分析了影响计费价格的因素并对一些论文中提出的计费方案 进行了比较，在此基础上提出了一种基于服务质量的网络计费系统的体系结构，并以Diffsev典型服务为例讨论了基于策略的计费管理的实现。 |

| Abstract: | The development of multimedia application promotes the generation of Interserv and Diffserv technology.Different quality services can be provided by Interserv and Diffserv according to the type of information and the request of users.Therefore,QoS based accounting is necessary.In the paper, the common styles of network charging are introduced and the factors affecting price are analysed . Some accounting proposals are compared and then an architecture of Qos based accounting system are presented. Finally, accounting policy of Diffserv typical services is discussed. |
