节能对标管理

节能对标管理是运用"对标管理"原理进行的、在节能领域的管理实践。本文介绍了节能对标管理的概念和云南省重点用能企业开展节能对标管理活动的情况。2007年6月,云南省政府以云政办发[2007]145号文件下发了《云南省重点用能企业节能对标管理实施意见》,在全省年综合能耗为5000tce及以上的重点用能企业开展节能对标管理活动。

Energy saving Benchmarking Management

Energy-saving Benchmark management is to use of the "Benchmark management" principle to conduct management practices in the field of energy-saving. The paper introduces the standard management of energy-saving benchmark concepts, and the instance of how key energy-consuming enterprises to develop benchmark management activities in Yunnan province .In June 2007, Yunnan provincial government issued a document about "Opinions on Implementation of Energy-saving Benchmark Management in Yunnan Key Energyconsuming Enterprises" . So it will implement benchmark management activities in the key energy-consuming enterprises with comprehensive energy consumption of over 5000 tce in a year.
