| Abstract: | Magnesium alloy materials are widely used in the production of electronic product shell.ZRL-005 vacuum smelting furnace is an integrated equipment for magnesium alloy smelting and strip.The equipment is of compact structure,reliable and stable performance,and high degree of automation.It is mainly used for the high-frequency induction heating,melting,jet and trip of magnesium alloy.Introduce the technical indicators,the working principle and structure feature of ZRL-005 vacuum smelting furnace.Analyze the hardware and software of the control system in detail. |
