氢氧化镁用于脱除混合废水中镍和镉离子研究

摘    要:在配制的废水中,加入氢氧化镁,通过生成沉淀除去镍、镉离子,利用分光光度检测剩余离子。考察了Mg(OH)2用量、温度、搅拌时间及沉降时间对脱除效果的影响,获取最佳工艺条件,并在此条件下处理实际废水,结果表明脱除率在98%以上,达到排放标准。

Abstract:Magnesium hydroxide was added into prepared wastewater and both nickel ion and cadmium ion were removed by precipitation.The residual ion content was analyzed by spectrometry.The influences of dosage of magnesium hydroxide,temperature,stirring time and settling time on removal efficiency were studied.The optimal operation conditions have been determined.The treatment result ofactual sewage indicated that the removal efficiency was up to the standard of discharge.
