夏热冬暖地区既有建筑节能改造技术探讨

摘    要:结合我国建筑节能现状和夏热冬暖地区的气候特征,分析了该地区既有建筑的室内热环境状况,指出了围护结构热工性能不足是导致该地区既有建筑耗能过大的原因.为此,从墙体、屋顶、窗户等方面提出了对该地区既有建筑的节能改造技术,为在本地区推广节能改造提供技术参考.

Abstract:To combine with the actuality of building energy conservation in our country and climate characteristic in hot summer and warm winter zone, interior heat environment coudition of existing buildings in this area was analyzed. The reason that thermodynamic performance insufficiency of building envelope cause ocersized energy consumption of the existing buildings in this area was pointed out. Therefore, energy saring reconstruction technology of the existing buildings in this area was put foruard in these aspects of wall, roof window, and the technical reference was proeided for promoting energy saving reconstruction in this area.
