| 摘 要： | 本文对社会主义市场经济体制下行业协会的经济治理作用进行了分析 ,同时 ,也对作为社会组织的行业协会的合法性进行了分析。通过对各级电力行业协会的比较 ,认为加强地市级电力行业协会的社会合法性是其生存与发展的基础和保证 ,保障行业协会的共同利益是其本质要求和真正的发展动力。

| Abstract: | This article makes essential analysis of the associations' economic governance rationality under the market economy system, and analyses the validity of the associations as society organizations. Through the comparison of associations at different levels,we draw the conclusion: enhancing the associations' social validity is the foundation and guarantee of their survival and development;while boosting their common benefit is the most essential vital force and the strongest developing drive. |
