三角煤柱综采旋转加架开采技术

摘    要:为回采不规则煤柱,综采工作面需进行调斜和旋转回采,而旋转回采工艺技术一直是综采的难点之一。介绍了大倾角综采旋转加架开采技术,对不规则工作面三角煤柱全部进行了回采,摒弃了通过施工改造巷等长旋转开采三角煤柱的常规方法(丢失小三角煤柱)。通过对胶带巷运输系统进行改造,解决了旋转回采后收尾期间由于巷道与工作面呈50°的夹角造成工作面无法推进的技术难题。

Abstract:For the purpose of mining irregular coal pillars,a rotating and adding hydraulic support mining technology should be used on fully-mechanized working face.But the rotating mining technics is always a difficulty in fully-mechanized mining.Introduced rotating and adding hydraulic support mining technology on large dip angle working face,and the technology was used for mining the whole irregular triangle coal pillar of working face.It has rejected conventional methods which through constructing transformation entry to revolving mine triangle coal pillar with invariant the length of face(lost small triangle coal pillars).It solved the problem that working face can not continue to mine because face and gate road angle into 50 degrees caused by rotating mining in the process of closing work.
