基于有限单元法的减速器箱体受力分析

摘    要:减速器是重型装备传动装置中的主要部件,而减速器的箱体是齿轮系统的承载体,承受较大的负荷并产生一定的应力。箱体由于强度不足会出现裂纹,从而导致失效,因此如何在不大幅度增加重量的情况下提高箱体的刚度就显得非常重要。由于箱体的形状及受力都十分复杂,用传统的理论解析方法进行力学分析非常困难,针对该问题,采用有限元方法对箱体进行了分析。根据分析结果,找出箱体设计的薄弱环节,为减速器箱体的优化分析提供了依据。

Force Analysis of Reduction Case Based on the Finite Element Method

Abstract:Reduction is a main part in the heavy transmission device, and the case of it is the bearing body. It may lose efficacy if the strength is not enough due to too much load on it. Thus, it is very important when its stiffness improved greatly while its weight increases slowly. The traditional method is very difficult to accomplish the mechanics analysis because the case shape and force condition on it is very complex. The finite element method is employed here. The weakness part was found out according to the resuits. It provides the basis for the ootimization of reduction case.
