浅谈建设工程信息管理

传统粗犷的技术手段和管理方式已逐渐无法满足人们对建设工程更高效、高质的强烈要求。随着信息技术的持续发展,涌现出许多以IT技术手段为辅助支撑的新兴应用及管理办法。文章对建设工程中产生的信息进行描述和归类,并从3个维度展开分析,进而结合现阶段新兴IT信息化技术手段,提出集成项目信息门户（PIP）,建筑信息模型（BIM）和物联网（IOT）信息技术手段的综合信息管理系统理论框架,致力于推动建设工程全寿命信息管理的发展与应用。

Brief Discussion on Information Management for Construction Engineering

Traditional rough technical measures and management modes are gradually unable to meet people＇s intensive requirements to high efficiency and quality of construction engineering. With continuous development of information technology, a lot of new application and management methods with IT measures as auxiliary supporting are emerged. This paper describes and classifies information produced in construction engineering and carries out analysis from 3 dimensions, and then it proposes the theoretical framework of comprehensive information management system integrating project information portal （P1P）, building information model （BIM） and internet of things （IOT） so as to promote the development and application of life-cycle information management of construction engineering.
