摘    要:仿Guthrie等人的研究方法,在甾体上引入咪唑基作为仿酶模型,研究了脂溶性甾体模型对羧酸对-硝基苯酯的仿酶催化结果,为进一步探究仿酶模型的催化机理以及寻求理想的酯催化仿酶模型,奠定了一定的基础。

Abstract:According to the method proposed by Guthrie,imidazole is added to steroids to forming enzyme model.The catalysis effect of fat-soluble steroids to p-nitrophenyl acetate is investigated.It is useful to research catalysis mechanism and seek perfect enzyme model.
