超声波提取万寿菊叶黄素酯的研究

摘    要:研究了万寿菊叶黄素酯的超声提取,结果表明,在一定条件下,超声波提取率比常规提取率高24.7%,最优的超声提取条件为:料液比1∶30,超声功率800 W,提取时间20 m in,提取温度30℃。

Abstract:Ultrasonic extraction of Lutein ester of marigold was studied.The result shows that under certain conditions,the extraction ratio of ultrasonic increased 24.7% than which of general extraction.The best extraction conditions are : ratio of extraction solution to marigold petals 1∶30,ultrasonic power of 800W,extraction time of 20min,extraction temperature of 30℃.
