1 000 MW超超临界锅炉高温纳米陶瓷涂层改造实践

摘    要:为解决安徽某电厂超超临界高参数机组煤粉锅炉受热面高温区域沾污结渣和高温腐蚀问题,对机组高温受热面沾污结渣和高温腐蚀严重区域进行了高温纳米陶瓷涂层改造。改造后,喷涂区域沾污结渣和高温腐蚀情况明显减轻,锅炉运行的安全性明显提升,锅炉热效率提高了0.4%,改造投入198万元,年节省燃料成本413万元,不到半年即可收回成本,技术经济性良好。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of fouling,slagging and high temperature corrosion in the high temperature area of a coal-fired boiler of a super supercritical and high parameter unit in a power plant in Anhui,a high-temperature nano ceramic coating is rebuilt on the high temperature heating surface,the fouling and slagging and high temperature corrosion areas.After the transformation,the spray area of slagging and high temperature corrosion conditions are significantly reduced,significantly enhancing the operational safety of the boiler.The boiler thermal efficiency is increased by 0.4%,the transformation of investment 1.98 million,saving fuel costs of 4.13 million,recovering the cost in less than half a fear,with the result of excellent technology and economy.
