集装箱式储能系统用梯次利用锂电池组的一致性管理研究

摘    要:在介绍梯次利用电池在储能应用所面临的战略机遇的基础上,针对影响梯次利用电池应用过程中最关键的一致性问题进行了深入研究:根据梯次利用电池的一致性特点,采用独特共用母线的主动均衡设计实现任意2个电池间能量的转移,提出了基于电源总线平衡的多因素综合评价分析均衡策略,以此改善梯次利用电池组的能量利用率低、一致性差等问题,可延长了电池组的使用寿命,具有均衡效果明显、应用范围广等特点;并设计了一套标准集装箱式梯次利用电池储能系统集成方案,为动力电池退役后规模化应用于储能系统提供了重要参考。

Abstract:Based on the introduction of the strategic opportunities of echelon use of batteries in energy storage applications, the consistency problem, which is the most critical issue that affect the echelon use of batteries, is studied in this paper. According to the consistency characteristics of the echelon use of batteries, a unique design of active equalization based on common buses is adopted to realize the energy transfer between any two batteries, and a multi-factor comprehensive evaluation and analysis equalization strategy based on power bus balance is proposed to solve the problems existing in the echelon use of battery pack, such as lower energy utilization efficiency and poor consistency. This approach can extend the service life of the battery pack, and has the advantages including obvious equalization effect and wide application range. Moreover, a scheme of standard echelon use of container-type energy storage system is designed, which provides important reference for the large-scale applications of retired power batteries to the energy storage system.
