摘    要:将固相缩聚应用于SA型透明聚酰胺(SATPA)的后缩聚,通过改变一系列反应温度和反应时间,研究了它们对SATPA固相后缩聚反应的影响.结果表明,固相后缩聚可以明显提高SATPA的特性黏度,降低其熔体流动速率;温度恒定时,反应时间越长,SATPA的特性黏度越大,相同的时间内,反应温度越高,其特性黏度越大,延长反应时间可使...

Abstract:Solid state polycondensation was apply to the post polycondensation of semi-aromatic transparent polyamide(SATPA),by changing reaction temperature and reaction time and the effects of them on the solid state post polycondensation of SATPA were studied.The results showed that solid state post polycondensation could improve the intrinsic viscosity of SATPA and decrease its melt flow rate obviously.At constant temperature,the longer reaction time was,the higher intrinsic viscosity was;at the same time,the higher reaction temperature was,the higher intrinsic viscosity was.The reaction rate decreased with the prolonging of the reaction time and increased with rising of reaction temperature.In the beginning of polycondensation,the reaction rate was controlled by the polycondensation rate,but in the sequel the reaction rate was deternined by diffusion of water,which was the outgrowth of the polycondensation.
