基于PLC的立体车库控制系统

摘    要:为了缓解由于城市的快速发展而带来的停车困难问题,采用功能强大的OMRON CPM2A-60CDR-D可编程控制器(PLC)作为控制器,设计了两层的升降横移式立体车库。根据立体车库应实现的功能和安全性要求,完成了车库控制系统的硬件电路设计,并采用梯形图编写了PLC控制程序,实现了立体车库存取车的自动控制,最后利用“组态王”组态软件对其进行了模拟仿真。研究结果表明,该立体车库控制系统能完全实现自动存取车功能,并且具有很高的安全性能。

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problem of parking difficulty caused by city rapid development, a two-floor lift-sliding three-dimensional garage was designed using OMRON CPM2A-60CDR-D PLC as its controller with powerful function. Based on the function of three-dimensional garage and safety requirements, the hardware circuit of control system was developed and the programmable logic controllers(PLC) control program was finished by ladder chart way. The access of vehicle to the garage was realized automatically, and finally the system was simulated by configuration software. The results indicate that the control system can achieve automatic vehicle access to the garage with high safety.
