钻孔取土纠倾与沉井冲水掏土纠倾方法比较

摘    要:对某住宅小区内两幢倾斜住宅分别采用锚杆静压桩加固结合钻孔取土法纠倾和沉井冲水掏土法纠倾方案。对这两种纠倾方法进行了比较 ,包括作用机理、施工步骤、纠倾进度和工后沉降速率。研究表明 ,采用沉井冲水掏土法纠倾要比钻孔取土法纠倾快、工后沉降速率小 ,该方法特别适用于软土地基上基础底板薄、上部结构整体刚度差的倾斜建筑物。

Abstract:Soil removal by water jetting in sinking wells and drawing out soil in drilling holes were used respectively in rectification of two inclined houses in a dwelling district.Both bases were reinforced with static bolt |pressing piles.These two methods are compared, including operation mechanism, construction process, rectifying speed and settlement velocity after construction.The study shows soil removal by water jetting in sinking wells can rectify the inclined building more quickly with a lower settlement rate after construction than that of drawing out soil in drilling holes. And this method is especially suitable for rectifying inclined buildings on soft soil foundation with thin sole plate and upside structure of poor integral rigidity.
