摘    要:食品安全是关系到亿万人民健康生活的头等大事,保障食品安全的快速检测技术在不断进步。传统的理化检测方法存在样品前处理复杂、耗时费力、成本居高不下等问题,只能作为疑似样品的确证方法,不能满足质量安全监督现场筛查的需求。上转换发光免疫层析技术是建立在功能化上转换发光纳米材料与抗原抗体特异结合的层析技术基础上的一种新兴技术,具有灵敏度高、特异性强、使用便捷、检测速度快等特点,被广泛应用于快速检测过程中。本文对上转换发光技术及免疫层析技术进行了简要介绍,主要对上转换免疫层析技术以及其在食品安全检测领域的应用进展进行了综述。通过分析目前技术的优点与不足,根据目前的应用领域,提出了发展方向,为该技术在食品安全领域的进一步应用提供了参考。

Abstract:Food safety is one of important things in the healthy lives of billions of people, and rapid detection technology for food safety was constantly progressive. The traditional physical and chemical methods exist many problems to be solved, such as complex sample preparation, time consumption and high cost, which can only be used for confirming the suspected samples but not for the screening on the scene. However, up-converting phosphor (UCP) technology-based immunochromatographic assay, a new technique, which is based on functional up-converting phosphor and the special combination of antigen-antibody, has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high specificity, ease to use, rapid detection and so on, being widely used in the process of rapid detection. In this paper, it took a brief introduction to immunochromatographic assay and UCP technology. Mainly, it also reviewed the progress of the application of this technology and its application in food safety detection. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the present technology, the development direction was put forward according to its application field at present, which provided a reference for the further application of the technology in the field of food safety.
