超临界机组汽温控制系统设计

摘    要:
针对超临界机组汽温控制的特点和需求,在对汽温调整手段分析的基础上,论述了超临界机组汽温控制中的燃水比调整和喷水减温调节方案的设计要点,包括燃水比的动静态匹配、反馈信号的选取和使用、扰动补偿、燃水比调整与燃烧率控制的解耦,并介绍了负荷变化适应性强的新型喷水减温调节系统及燃水比与喷水减温调节之间的协调方式。

Abstract:
In view of the feature and requirements of steam temperature control system of supercritical generation units, based on the analysis of temperature regulating theory, this paper discussed key points in design of the fuel water ratio(F/W) regulation and spray desuperheating control. Typically, the key points include the static and dynamic matching between the firing rate and the feedwater flow, the selection and using of feedback signals, the disturbance compensation, decoupling F/W ratio regulating with firing rate regulating, the coordination between F/W ratio regulating and the spray desuperheating control.
