| 摘 要： | 外用工是物探施工企业效益的重要增长点,对外用工的录用要进行思想素质、钻研精神、健康体魄等方面的考核,把好入口关。要对外用工进行有关安全生产的法律法规知识、有关生产过程中的安全知识、有关事故应急救援和逃生知识等方面的安全教育,要对外用工进行跟踪考核和管理,把好使用关。

| Abstract: | External employees help a lot in benefit increase of Geophysical Prospecting Company.Assessment on ideological quality,enquirying mind and health should be applied to hire them.The hired employees should be educated in laws and regulations related to safety production,safety knowledge about production process and emergency response to accident.In addition,attention should be paid to tracking assessment and management on them. |
