镜铁矿连生体可选性研究

摘    要:以粒度为0.104~0.053 mm连生度为98%、84%、57%、35%、16%、10%和1%的镜铁矿颗粒为对象,进行了密度、比磁化强度、比磁化率和淀粉吸附量等性能指标测定,并对连生体的可选性进行了详细研究。研究表明:随着连生度的降低,连生体的密度逐渐降低,磁性由强到弱,对淀粉的抑制作用越来越不敏感;重选方法可较容易地将连生度小于16%的连生体抛掉;连生度越高越容易用磁选方法加以回收,连生度小于10%的连生体磁选方法难以回收;反浮选回收率随连生度的降低而升高,对各种连生度的连生体,淀粉在阴离子体系下的抑制效果强于阳离子体系。

Abstract:The performance indexes of weakly magnetic specularite intergrowths(0.104~0.053mm) with the intergrowth degrees of 98%,84%,57%,35%,16%,10% and 1% were determined in terms of specific gravity,specific magnetization,specific magnetic susceptibility and the adsorption of starch,and the separation analysis of the intergrowths are concluded.The results show that with the decrement of intergrowth degree,the specific gravity of the intergrowths reduces gradually,the magnetism changes from strong to weak,the inhibition of starch is less and less sensitive;the intergrowth with its degree less than 16% is readily removed by gravity separation,the intergrowth with higher degree is more easy to be recovered by magnetic separation,and the intergrowth with the degree below 10% is difficult to be recovered by magnetic separation,the intergrowth with higher degrees are more sensitive to the inhibition of starch,the recovery of reverse flotation rose with the decrement of intergrowth degree,the intergrowths with its degree above 10% are well depressed by the starch,and the inhibition effect of the starch in the anionic collector system is stronger than in the cationic system.
