摘    要:为了充分了解生物活性多肽,介绍了生物活性多肽的分离纯化方法,有高效液相色谱法、超滤法、高效毛细管电泳法、毛细管电色谱和联用技术,并比较了各种方法的优缺点,同时对生物活性多肽今后的研究方向进行展望。

Abstract:In order to have a full understanding of the bioactive polypeptide, the purification methods of bioactive polypeptide were introduced as the following:high -performance liquid chromatography, uhrafiltration, high performance capillary electrophoresis,capillary electrochromatography and coupling technology. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were compared, and the future research prospect of bioaetive polypeptide was put forward as well.
