摘    要:从机理分析的角度出发,利用虚拟组分的概念,建立了分馏塔的动态数学模型。在内回流非平衡机理模型的基础上,建立了工况预报模型,可以实时预报液泛、干板、雾沫夹带、泄漏、降液管超负荷等非正常工况的发生。同时提供对实际装置的计算结果。

Abstract:Based on the fundamental analysis of the principles,a non-equilibrium dynamic mathematic model (NDMM) of atmospheric fractionator (A.F) is developed.To meet the requirements of on-line control and computer simulation,the NDMM is reduced compartmental method and pseudo component.Operation forecast based on NDMM is developed to predict abnormal operation of A.F,such as Entrainment,Weeping,Downcomer Flood,clear Downcomer Backup and dry-plate.Some results for a commercial plant are provided.
