双喷嘴挡板电液伺服阀流量特性的研究

摘    要:介绍了以双喷嘴挡板阀为功率级的电液伺服阀的结构组成、工作原理和性能特点,通过数学建模获得了静态负载流量特性方程,实验测得了该阀流量特性曲线。理论分析和实验结果表明:双喷嘴挡板电液伺服阀具有良好的流量-电流比例特性和小负载流量的控制能力。

Abstract:The construction,working principle and performance of the twin flapper-nozzle electro-hydraulic servo valve were introduced,and then equations on the static PQ characteristics were achieved utilizing mathematic models.The static flow characteristics of the servo valve were obtained by the experiment.Both the simulation and experimental results indicate that the dual flapper-nozzle servo valve has good flow-current characteristics and strong ability to control small flow rate.
