| Abstract: | Fish's spermary contains a lot of Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and has been treated as garbage. DNA has many uses in medicine. In this paper, we have studied the extract process of DNA from fish's spermary. The extract percentage is between 15% and 25% and the purity of DNA is 96.85% .This process is simple, quick and polutionless and suitable for industrialized extract of DNA from fish's spermary. |
