装载机工作装置的参数化设计方法

摘    要:为了解决装载机工作装置的传统设计方法过程繁琐、复杂、精度低等问题,实现工作装置自动化设计,依据工作装置设计过程,推导了工作装置的各主要参数间的数学关系,建立了其参数化方程,利用先进可靠的商用化软件平台Pro/E完成了工作装置的铲斗、动臂、摇臂、连杆和油缸的参数化建模,建立了工作装置的完整装配模型,并用实例进行了验证。结果表明,该参数化方程与Pro/E融合可以完成中小型装载机工作装置的自动化设计,大大简化工作装置的设计过程,提高工作装置的设计效率。

Abstract:The traditional design method of the working device of loader is tedious, complex, and its precision is relatively low. To solve these problems and realize the automation design of working device, the author established the mathematical relationships and the parametric equations between the main parameters according to the design of the working device of loader. Build the parameterized models of the bucket, boom, rocker arm, connecting rod and cylinder with advanced and reliable commercial software Pro/E and completed the assembly. Finally tested it with an example. It shows that the combination of the parametric equations and Pro/E can realize the automation design of working device of small and medium-sized loader, simplify the complex design process and improve the design efficiency greatly.
