| 摘 要： | 介绍了马钢首次采用转炉—精炼—异型坯连型—H型钢轧制工艺生产09CuPTiRE耐候H型钢的工艺参数和型钢的质量指标。该钢的化学成分、力学性能等技术指标均达到了标准要求，有良好的焊接性能和耐大气腐蚀性能，满足了铁道车辆用钢的需要。

| Abstract: | This paper gives the production process and quality indices of 09CuPTiRe H-beam steel for locomotive purpose. The production process includes:BOF steelmaking, LF refining,continuous beam blank casting and H-beam hot rolling. The technical indices,such as chemical compositions,mechanical properties,can all meet standard requirements. Due to its excellent weldability and weather corrosion resistance properties,the steel has met the requirements for locomotive purpose. |
