微波辐射杂多酸催化合成乙酸丁酯的研究

摘    要:在微波辐射条件下,以杂多酸为催化剂,用乙酸和丁醇为原料合成乙酸丁酯,考察了微波辐射功率、反应时间、催化剂用量、乙酸丁醇比,杂多酸种类等对乙酸转化率的影响。所确定的最佳反应条件为:在中高火条件下,酸醇摩尔比为1:1,加入磷钨酸0.5g,反应15min,此时乙酸的转化率为80.47%。比传统加热法(反应40min,转化率62.5%)反应速度大大加快。且转化率高。

Abstract:Butyl acetate was synthesized catalyzed by heteropoly acids using acetic acid and butyl alcohol under microwave irradiation. Influences of microwave irradiation power, reaction time, the amount of catalyst, acetic/butyl alcohol ratio and heteropoly acid type on the conversion of acetic acid were investigated. The optimum condition of the possess was that the conversion of acetic acid can reach 80.47% under the conditions of medium-high firepower, tungstosphoric acid(0.5g) as the catalyst at the 1.0 of acetic acid/butyl alcohol for 15 min. Compared with the tradition heat(reacting 40 min ,conversion 62.5%), the rate is enhanced and the conversion is increased.
