高中压外缸焊接及补焊的工艺研究

摘    要:高中压外缸材质为珠光体耐热钢,其焊接性较差,焊接时易产生冷裂纹、热裂纹、再热裂纹.在焊接中针对性地采用适当的焊接工艺方法,从而避免产生裂纹;在补焊过程中,采用合适的工艺方法和措施,保证了补焊质量.图1表3参3

Abstract:The material of the high inter case of the turbine is the heatproof steel.Because the capability of welding is not fine,the tendency of the cold crack,hot crack and re hot crack is greater.In order to avoid the cracks,the proper welding technology and method are adopted in welding.According to the different status,the different welding technology and method are applied in repair welding,so the quality of the repair welding is ensured.
