| 摘 要： | 高效环保的分布式能源系统的发展是改善能源结构、提高能源利用率的根本途径，其中燃气轮机冷热电三联供系统是目前最为成熟的应用形式之一．恩耐特等专业公司致力分布式能源系统的推广，在北京、上海、广州等地都相继开发了一批项目．总结了项目实施过程中分布式能源系统在经济、政策等方面遇到的问题，分析了其在并网时遇到的电能质量、继电保护等问题，并指出并网时亟需解决的规划、监控等技术问题，将有利于促进分布式能源系统大规模的发展．

| Abstract: | Distributed energy system with the characteristics of high efficiency and environmental protection is the primary way to improve energy structure, enhance energy utilization rate. Triple- generation with gas turbine is one of the most mature application at present. Energy - Net Company and other companies engage in the popularization of distributed energy system, developed many projects in Beijing, Shanhai, Guangzhou and so on. Summarizes the problems on politics and economy met in the course of implementation. Analyzes the problems on power quality, relay protection and so on met in the course of grid - connection. Points out the technology problems need to be solved such as plan, monitoring when grid - connection. This makes for the development of distributed energy system. |
