华东地区反渗透除盐技术应用实践

摘    要:叙述了华东地区火电厂水处理采用反渗透技术的概况。介绍了各种引进反渗透装置的型式及技术特性、华东地区各电厂水源水质特点、反渗透系统的运行方式及出水水质以及应用中存在的问题及改进措施。通过近10年来运行实践,得出了反渗透技术是补给水除盐系统及理想的预处理手段的结论。如能使反渗透设备多级串联,充分利用部分浓水,提高回收率,则组合型反渗透系统完全能取代一级除盐系统,使补给水处理的成本降低,系统简化。作者最后指出,尽快实现反渗透设备的国产化已刻不容缓。

Abstract:A general review on the application of reverse osmosis (RO) technology in fossil-fired power plant of the East China area is given. Various types of imported RO eqipments applied to the make-up water treatment system, the characteristics of raw water quality in East china area, different operating modes of RO system, the effluent water quality and problems existed and their remedial measures are mentioned. Through 10 years of operation, it is acknowledged that RO is a most ideal pretreatment method for make-up water demineratization system. If a multi-stage type of RO can be used, which will make the best use of a portional concentrated salt water, and the enhancement of the recovery rate, it will well replace the existed primary demineraliztaion system and its effluent can be directly led into the secondary mixed-bed ionexchanger with the result of a simpler and cheaper system. Finally, the author pointed out that the home Production of RO e- qipments is in great urgency.
