蛋白质的生物合成与模板聚合

摘    要:本文联系生物体内蛋白质的生物合成、脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)遗传信息的存贮和复制,阐明了化学模板聚合的研究近况。从某种意义上说,遗传工程和蛋白质工程是化学模板聚合向高层次的生物模板聚合过渡的一个中间阶段,遗传工程的发展将使制革业得到质量优良的原皮,而另一方面,蛋白质工程的高度发展,将使皮革行业失去原皮.不过,这时可能成功地人工培育出胶原纤维组织,从而出现一种真正的“仿生革”.

Abstract:The recent studies on chemical template polymerizatiou have been illuminated in this paper, that related to the biosynthesis of protein the storage and duplication of genetic information in DNA. To some extent genetic engineering and protein engineering are the middle stages of the translation of Chemical template polymz.fo highier biological template polymz. The development of genetic engineering will introduce high-quality hides and skins to leather industry, and on the other side, higher development of protein engineering will make on hides or skins introduced, but there may be artifical collagen fiber and a real "bionic leather" appeared.
