| 摘 要： | 亚氨基二乙酸(IDA)是一种重要的精细化工中间体。在四种不同的液相分析条件下,比较了样品中IDA含量测定的区别。结果表明,利用Hypersil SAX强阴离子交换柱,DAD检测器,检测波长为210 nm,(NH4)2HPO4缓冲液为流动相,对样品中的IDA含量进行快速测定的结果最好。

| Abstract: | Iminodiacetic acid(IDA) is an important intermediate in fine chemical industry. Four different analysis conditions of HPLC for determination the content of IDA in samples were compared.As a result,the condition that introduced below was the best.A solution of(NH_4)_2HPO_4 was used as the mobile phase.SAX column and DAD detector were used and the detection at 210 nm was applied in the fast analysis of IDA in the samples. |
