| 摘 要： | 针对南方多雨地区易出现的渗漏问题，从裂缝、水落口及雨水管数量以及施工技术与构造等方面对引起屋面渗漏的原因进行了分析，并提出了相应的解决方法，以保证屋面的正常使用性能。

| Abstract: | In light of the problem of leakage easily appeared in southem pluvial region, the author analyzes its causes from crack, water inlet, the number of rainwater pipes, construction technology and conformation, and proposes relevant treatment measures, in order to ensure normal functional performance of roofing. |
