| 摘 要： | 对长丝装置卷绕机热辊轴承的润滑失效原因进行了分析，介绍了新型高温高速重负荷轴承润滑脂的应用情况，新型高温高速重负荷轴承润滑脂能满足卷绕机热辊轴承的润滑要求，使用寿命超过8000h。

| Abstract: | The lubrication failure reasons of hot roller bearing of winder in filament unit is comprehensively analyzed, and the application situation of new high - temperature , high - speed, heavy - duty grease is introduced , the new high - temperature, high - speed, heavy - duty grease can satisfy the lubrication requirement of hot roller bearing, which life span is more than 8000h. |
