自旋车刀耐用度及其应用

摘    要:自旋车刀在大大高于普通高速钢车刀允许使用速度下,不会发生急剧磨损,在相同切削条件下,其耐用度比固定圆弧刃车刀提高15~67倍。建立了估计自旋车刀耐用度的公式,试验表明该式基本符合实验结果。自旋车刀在切削含23%Si的过共晶铝硅合金时,其磨损速度可与金刚石车刀相比。

Abstract:The tool life of self propelled cutting tools has been studed.When cutting speed of self propelled cutter cxeeds the permitted speed of HSS cutter,rapid wear,can’t take place.The tool life of self propelled cutting tools is 15 to 67 times of that of fixed circular insert under the same cutting parameters.An equation is established to evaluate the tool life curve of self propelled cutting tools.The experiment proved that the method was reliable.When self propelled cutting tools are applied to cutting hypereutectic Al Si alloy,the wear velocity of self propelled cutting tools nearly equals to that of diamond cutting tools.
